Sally Tucker

Dr. Sally Tucker is co-founder of the charity Head for Change. Since its inception in 2020, it has provided support for those suffering from sports-related neurodegenerative disease, has become directly involved in developing and promoting high-quality independent and ethical research into head injury in sport, and is involved in formulating education programs for sports players.

Sally is a General Surgeon working in the NHS in the UK with a Master’s degree in Medical Ethics and Law. Her experience as the daughter of a former professional footballer with CTE inspires her drive for safety in sport to evolve, informed by scientific evidence, and applied according to sound medical ethics.
